Triumph provides culturally responsive programs, resources, and wrap-around support designed around the changing needs of individuals and families in our community.
Our work ranges from food access and family support to youth programming, resource navigation, workshops, cultural activities, and direct assistance. Some programs are ongoing, while others are offered seasonally or as funding and community needs allow.
Our goal is simple: to make resources easier to access, create welcoming spaces for connection, and help individuals and families move toward greater stability and opportunity.
Teen Programs
Triumph provides teens with a welcoming space to connect, explore their interests, build skills, and access support as they navigate school, work, family life, and the transition into adulthood.
Programming is shaped by teen interests and community needs and may include workshops, recreation, cultural activities, leadership opportunities, creative spaces, volunteering, life-skills development, and community events.
Our team also provides individualized support to help teens navigate school, graduation, college and career pathways, employment, transportation, extracurricular activities, and connections to additional community resources.
Whether a teen comes to participate in an activity, ask for help, volunteer, meet new people, or simply have a safe place to connect, Triumph works to meet them where they are and help them take their next step.
Resource Center & Family Support
Triumph's Resource Center helps individuals and families navigate resources, applications, referrals, and community services.
Staff work one-on-one with families to better understand their needs and connect them with appropriate support.

When Triumph cannot provide a service directly, staff work to connect families with trusted community partners who can.
Café con Pan
Café con Pan brings families together in a welcoming and culturally familiar environment to build relationships, learn about available resources, and discuss topics that matter to their households.
Families gather over coffee and bread while community partners and Triumph staff share information about services, education, health, financial resources, family needs, and other community opportunities.
Café con Pan is also an important space for Triumph to listen directly to families and allow their experiences and needs to guide future programming.
El Mercadito
El Mercadito provides families with access to culturally relevant foods and household essentials in a welcoming, dignified setting.
Available items may include maseca, flour, rice, beans, pasta, eggs, fruits, vegetables, diapers, wipes, and other seasonal foods and necessities.
Registered families may access El Mercadito up to two times per month. Food availability varies based on donations, partnerships, local purchases, and seasonal availability.
Triumph also works to support local and BIPOC farmers whenever possible by purchasing culturally relevant foods directly from community producers.
